Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services from Vasego Lizijo Pte Ltd ("Vasego Lizijo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Vasego Lizijo provides document services including but not limited to:

• Document verification and authentication
• Preparation of legal and business documents
• Certified translation services
• Notarization and apostille services
• Document formatting and template customization

All services are provided in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Submit only documents you have legal rights to process
• Ensure documents don't contain illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Pay all fees associated with services rendered
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Limitations

Vasego Lizijo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to:

• Document preparation based on client-provided information
• Verification of document authenticity
• Formatting documents according to specified requirements
• Translation of document content without interpretation

We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal advice regarding your documents.

5. Fees and Payments

All services require payment of applicable fees:

• Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due upon service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayNow
• Late payments may incur additional charges of 1.5% per month
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for services not yet rendered

6. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only:

• Document verification: 3-5 business days
• Document preparation: 2-4 business days
• Certified translation: 1-3 business days per page
• Notarization: 1-2 business days

Express services are available for additional fees. Delays may occur due to document complexity, third-party verification requirements, or force majeure events.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information:

• All staff sign non-disclosure agreements
• Documents are stored securely with access controls
• Information is shared only as necessary to perform services
• Client data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Exceptions may apply when required by Singaporean law or to prevent illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of documents and content:

• Clients retain ownership of original documents and content
• Vasego Lizijo retains ownership of templates, systems, and methodologies
• We may use anonymized data for service improvement
• Unauthorized use of our materials is prohibited

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singaporean law:

• Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or acceptance of documents
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from document processing

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vasego Lizijo, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services
• Inaccurate or illegal content in your documents
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• We may terminate for non-payment, illegal activity, or breach of Terms
• Clients may terminate by written notice, subject to payment for work completed
• Termination doesn't affect accrued rights or obligations

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singaporean law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
